Description:
The holiday house is in a single position in the hills behind Livorno near Castelnuovo M. and Nibbiaia; the house is in the midst of fields and woods but it is only a few kilometers from two little towns and it is near of the beautiful rocky beach which goes from Livorno to Castiglioncello ending in pine woods and very nice sandy beaches in Vada. The nice plain of Bolgheri and Castagneto Carducci is not so far, so as the sweet surroundings of Santa Luce with his lake and natural park of Lipu (birds protection). More to the south (about 40 km) there is San Vincenzo and the famous gulf of Baratti with his ancient middle age castle of Populonia and Etruscan tombs necropolis.
You can reach in a day Elba island and all the most important art cities of Tuscany.
There is a large garden with shadow-places; in front of the house is little terrace with garden furniture, gazebo with barbecue, private parking place.
You can reach the house by an country road of 500 mt.

Description of the holiday apartment:
The furniture of the apartment is simple but beautiful. There is a large sitting-room looking to the garden with a chemistry, the kitchen area is big. The bed-room with the two single beds is on the ground floor, the double bed room is on the upper floor linked by a winding staircase.
On the ground floor is a bath-room with shower, in the upper floor bath with WC.

Food stores in Castelnuovo M. (also Supermarkets) or Nibbiaia, Supermarkets in Cecina and Livorno.
All other types of stores you can find in Cecina, Livorno and Pisa.
Honey you can have from local farmer.
Sports and other activities:
Tennis place in Nibbiaia, sporting place in Castelnuovo, diving centre in Chioma Quercianella near Castiglioncello. Surf in Livorno and Cecina, wellness-centre in Marina di Bibbona and Tirrenia (north of Livorno), golf in Tirrenia.
Pleasure-ground for children in Marina di Bibbona.
Trekking and mountain bike in the surroundings, trips to the mine in the hills of San Vincenzo.
